1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Iapetus (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By accepting Iapetus's terms and service you agree to following Discord TOS. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
2. Bot Usage
The Bot is provided as-is, without any guarantees of uptime or performance.
You are responsible for your own actions while using the Bot. Misuse of the Bot can result in penalties, including removal of access.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Bot to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Spread malware, spam, or any harmful content.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Bot.
4. Data Collection and Usage
The Bot may collect and store certain server and user data, such as commands issued and user IDs, server ids, server channel ids for the purpose of functionality.
The Bot will not share or sell your data to third parties and never will. Unless required to by law.
5. Liability
Iapetus is still actively being developed any problems, bugs or issues that are seen will take some time to be fixed.
Berries are not a real currency and cannot buy items outside of the bots shop.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot at any time for breaking our TOS and Discord TOS.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time and the date will be changed when the Terms are updated. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may opt out by removing our bot from any server you have permissions for or opting out of using features.

The bot is not affiliated, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of it's trademarks are purely coincidental. We do not claim to have copyright ownership of any of Discord's assets, trademarks or any other intellectual property.
